In 2018, 42% of her business was sourced from repeat business or referrals.  The plans, workflows and groups for her clients are years in the making... starting with the smallest way to tell a client "thank you"... to providing the most simple and efficient sale process she can.

Kelly joined our team and began making changes. She has spent the last 4 years customizing and perfecting our office workflow and transaction process.  Kelly brings to the table her photography skills, organization know-how,  tackles Jen's ideas and makes them come to life. The idea behind "systematizing" our office was so we aren't working any harder in a month with 20 closings than we work in a month with 5 closings. Her goal and motto in the office is "Work Smarter... Not Harder". 

 J enni Guthrie

Jenni joined our team at the perfect time.  With her ability to handle anything on a computer, Jenni has transformed our marketing workflow! She spearheads all client appreciation events, works closely with Jen to ensure that our listings are being seen, manages all social media accounts, monitors lead generation, cares for Jen's database, handles digital and print marketing as well as video production. Jenni makes it a priority to see that Jen's vision for "client appreciation" and customer service is reached.
